This document is intended to inform the Client on how the work will be performed and the limits of it's use.WORK MODALITY
The development of the artwork will be divided in 3-4 phases: sketch; greyscale (if present); painting, these phases can change depending on the type and complexity of the artwork.
Each phase will have a moment of feedback with the Client where changes and corrections can be requested. Additional revisions or changes on phases that have been already approved will require an extra payment to cover the further work.
The Client would provide a written description, measurements and format of the subject accompanied by reference images if deemed necesary.
The Artist will deliver the final version once the Client pays the remaining balance (unless he already has) in one of the following formats: .jpeg .png
30 days after the conclusion of the work the files will be deleted by the artist.
Any additional modification beyond this deadline is to be considered as a new work not linked to the previous one.
The delivery of the original work file is not included in the delivery. The customer can request it with a 100% supplement on the total price.OWNERSHIP RIGHTS
The Artist will retain authorship rights on the artwork and the ability to share it on his social platforms unless agreed with the customer in advance.
The use of the image will be limited to the conditions established in the preliminary phase.
The use for commercial purposes or the exclusivity of the work (the fact that the artist cannot use it at will) could influence the evaluation of the cost of the artwork.By accepting these TOS you declare that you are of legal age.The use of any kind of artificial intelligence on the work is prohibited.Billing data is strictly personal; any unauthorized disclosure may result in legal action.
